City Hall wedding - new question re specific shots
Jan 19, 2012

I posted recently about being asked to shoot a wedding ceremony (tomorrow!) at City Hall in Manhattan. I got much helpful advice (thanks, everyone!) and I just found some photos of the site on-line here:

http://www.sacbee.com/static/weblogs/photos/2009/02/019338.html

I am particularly curious about what settings would be best for the area reserved for staged shots of the couple and the wedding party (last photo in the article, pictured here:)

Any specific suggestions? I will be carrying some or all of the following gear?

Nikon 17-55mm f/2.8 AF-S ED DX
Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8G IF-ED AF-S VR
Nikon 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6G AF-S VR
Nikon 24-85 mm F/3.5-4.5 AF-S G ED-IF
Nikon 50mm f/1.8D AF
Nikon 35mm f/1.8G AF-S DX
Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8 AT-X 116 Pro DX

Nikon SB-600 speedlight
Gary Fong Collapsible Lightsphere
LumiQuest ProMax System
Manfrotto 055XB tripod and 488RC2 head

Wondering in particular about whether to bounce flash or use a diffuser, whether or not to use my tripod (and suggested exposure settings either way,) etc. Sure, I should (and can, to some degree) figure this out for myself but as I found photos of the actual site, I thought I'd canvass your opinions.

Thanks!
