Yep B+W are easier to clean and their brass rather than aluminium rings don't stick, not much of an issue for a lens protection filter on the lens, but helps if you want to stack a polariser.

I have heard that B+W sandwich the coating in plain glass to make their filters easier to clean and more durable.

B+W are also the best optically, not that you will notice a difference.
