I'm also wondering about the upgrade from D3. Some posters have measured a 1+ stop improvement in dynamic range for the D4 over the D3 at base ISO and a slower DR drop off at higher ISOs, perhaps indicated that ISO2000 on the D4 will be about as good as ISO200 on the D3. If this were true, Nikon would be bragging and showing examples, so perhaps black noise DR is not the way to measure this.
