Looking for A Compact P&S Camera With Manual Control, 200$

I am looking for a compact P&S camera, under 200$.
The features I want:

• Small pocket camera, in about the dimensions of Canon IXUS camera, and not as big as Canon SX120 for example.

• Manual Control, including exposure and more.

• Long max exposure, at least 4 seconds, preferably even more.

• Not mandatory: can focus from a very small distance (

I currently have Canon SX120, which includes all my demands, except it is a big camera, and I want a smaller one, which fits in a pocket nicely.

There are some cameras which fit, but the price is too high.

I prefer one of these manufacturers:
Canon, Nikon, Panasonic, Olympus, Sony, Casio.
