Weather sealed large sensor compact?

I haven't been able to find a compact camera that has a large sensor (let's say aps-c or m4/3) and is also environmentally sealed. Does one exist, and if not - why isn't there a market for one? I would suppose this would be attractive to many. Something like a Sigma DP or Samsung NX200, but "rugged".
