Nex5n or Olympus E-pl3

Can get both for samw price. I know the nex has better sensor but af is slower an i will photo cyclists. The video which i meed is netter on the nex but there is no hotshoe. The fkash lookks loke its crapppy on the nexr but slots in quickly on the epl3 z. The epl looks more like an enthusiasts camera.

I'm at a loss. Help.
