bad color and noisy.. what should i do?

hy there..
i got some problems to my new DSLR image result.

when i took some pictures, the result seems awsome in DSLR LCD, but when i move the picture into my computer, the result was bad.. :

1. bad color (the color looks pale in my computer )
2. noise

next, what should i do? if i wanted a clear image with cheer color..
what kind of editing needed?
does the lens effect?
does the monitor setting effect?

my lens : canon EFs 18-55 IS II
