How many customisable buttons on A65?

Am still on factory firmware and trying to work out which buttons I can customise in Manual mode. Seems to me only one the 'zoom' button given I wish to keep iso for iso. I would love to have a button for steady shot on/off and a button for af areas, can this be done?
