I don't find X-Pro1 attractive

Here's a shot comparing x100 to X-Pro1. I like the specs of X-Pro1 a lot but I don't find it all that attractive (it's not an ugly camera by any means, but it seems like it could be better). HOWEVER, It's bothering me that I can't figure out why I don't find it attractive.

I think it's partly because I don't like all-black in cameras (in the film days I had had too many cheap plasticy all-black cameras). So may be I am scarred by those :).

Or may be it's the grip that's slightly different color and isn't part of the same mold.

Or perhaps it's the indent on the top. I am sure the camera looks great in real life, but in pictures it doesn't look as nice as the x100.

Is it just me or do you think X-Pro1 would've been better off with a molded handgrip?
