CD Card Dead?

I've been using a Lexar 300x 16gig with my 7D for over a year and never had a problem. Today when I went to get the weekend's pictures off the camera (thankfully not the most important pictures ever), the computer saw the files at first, then locked up and now the computer and camera can't recognize the card. I downloaded Lexar's demo version of the recovery software and it couldn't see it.
Any thoughts / help?
