Mine just died tonight. I just logged on to post a "HELP HOW DO YOU RECOVER FILES?" question. It worked for over a year, so I don't know if that is expected or not.

I am a regular user of Sandisk for my 7D. But right now I am getting a good deal on Lexar 300x from a dealer who is probably clearing his unsold stock. And I am tempted to buy it before going out on a birding trip where I expect to use the camera on burst mode a lot. Will the 300x be upto it? This model I think is a discontinued one and Lexar right now is heavily promoting 600x. I just want to know whether the 300x will work for me. If it does, I don't want to spend on the 600x.

I don't intend to use it for video at all. Some advice from experts will be really appreciated please.
