BHPhoto RMA Return Packing

I am returning a lens I bought online from BHPhoto. I already received the RMA online.
When returning the item do I place the manufacturer's box in the shipping box it came in and put it in a shipping carton or do I just place the lens box in a shipping carton? Bhphoto return instructions are not too clear to me. Thanks for the help.
