New Years weekend in San Francisco with the LX5,...

...my wonderful wife, the pup and the goldfish (we couldn't find a fish-sitter).

Although the weather has been pretty gloomy, we have had lots of fun. I hope you all enjoy.

And happy new years to everyone! May 2012 be a year of great quality of life with interesting experiences, as well as great image quality and interesting compositions.

Thursday morning we had breakfast at our favorite restaurant, Roses, and then caught the Pissarro exhibit at the Legion of Honor. The fog was extreme thick as we walked along Land's End.

Even by late afternoon, the fog was pretty thick, but it didn't deter us from a walk out one of the piers.

By the evening, the skies cleared up a bit and we walked along the Embarcadero after eating dinner. The first was a result of accidental camera shake.

A walk along the Embarcadero with the dog this morning we came across this beautiful sculpture.

We also walked by the fireboat station house.

On our way to breakfast. Nothing like a happy face to start the day.

After breakfast, I took a walk around Yerba Buena Gardens and captured a few street shots.

I had to find a bathroom after hanging around these fountains.

The city is full of public art.

We saw a fantastic exhibit on Houdini at the Contemporary Jewish Museum. I highly recommend it for those in the area.
