UPDATE: AF misfocuses under lowlight

It seems Sony's CDAF algorithm is thrown off by having small point light sources in a low light situation. I would say a possible explanation is that the halos around the point light sources prevent the CDAF software from correctly detecting contrasting edges in the dark background.

This may or may not be fixable with a firmware update, I am not sure, but it sure is an interesting finding!
