Olympus financial problems and buying a camera

Hi

Looking for everyones thoughts

I have an olympus EPl-2 and love the camera

However, want a second body so don't have to change lenses and give myself a good option when shooting on the street

I am torn between the Olympus EP-3 and the new Panasonic GX-1

I like the very good options to shoot low light also on the new GX-1 and the high Iso of the camera, and supposedly very fast AF

My concern also with the Olympus is the financial stability of the company

What happens to RD, new product development, quality technicians etc?

I was with a company that went bankrupt and reemerged however things can go downhill fast

Any thoughts on this and also on the cameras
