GX1 - Not sure I like it, so far

I just got it in the mail. I am used to a GH2, and have had a GF1.

Quick look at image quality seems about the same as the GH2, so far.

Build quality seems significantly below the GF1 or GH2. I start with the flash. It's a very cumbersome thingamajig that needs careful movement back and forth to close, and I'm not so sure about how long it would last if I kept opening and closing the flash. It feels rickety, and fragile.

Next, the buttons. It's almost like there has been openings created in a sheet of metal (or whatever it is) and then buttons that are somewhat smaller than the holes lined up with the holes. And they are not all centered, either.

This is not making the "this is a quality product" instant impression on me that the GF1 made.
