I pre-ordered my NEX 7 on beginning of Oct 2011. The order status says "processing" since Oct. I e-mailed SONY about a month ago, about my order, they replyed saying they will check on the status and get back to me. I totally forgot about it, untill recently I got another E-mail asking me take a survey...... I call the number on the web site, asking how do I give them a feed back when I never got my question answered. The lady at SONY check on the status of my order and told me it's schedule for shipment on 12/23/2011..... I have no gotten any update e-mail, or confirmation of shipment. The website still says "processing".

Should I believe what the lady told me?
