Which first tablet?

I am considering getting a tablet as I get more interested in portrait retouching. From what I understand, the difference is night and day after a few weeks of getting used to it. I am not a professional and this is just a hobby for friends and family. So what are your views on tablets in general and which first tablet do you recommend.

I was thinking of getting this one.

or getting the combo with lightroom. I use DXO, but the bundle is a good deal.
