NEX-7 with the Nikor 28mm PC?

I have a suitcase full of Nikor lenses that I used when I was an architecture student and had time to travel a bit more than I do now.
I loved my PC lense and it has a manual aperature function. With the cheapo Cowboy adaptor how do you think it would work with my NEX-7 that I'll get later today?
Unfortunately, all my old camera gear is in storage until March or April (house remodeing) so I won't be able to test it until then, but what do you think?
