Zone focusing with Voigtlander - does the crop factor matter?

Was wondering, if I set my Voigtlander 35mm f1.4 lens to f5.6 and prefocus at 2 meter, then the scale tells me that everything between 1.5 and 3 meters should be in focus. Can I count on that, when using the lens on a NEX, or should I somehow take the 1.5x crop factor into consideration as well?

Bonus question: What's with the "Nokton" part of the lens name, is it like a series of Voigtlander lenses being called "Nokton" because of their looks/features?
