Dead Sensor Pixils

Just noticed some dead or stuck pixils on enlargements from my G10 camera. They are white. I looked back over some of my earlier photos and they are there too. I have heard of some way to map the sensor and cancel the offending pixils. I have heard that these pixils cannot be postprocessed out of an image. However, I can cover them up in postprocessing. Anyone know how to map and remove?
