Want more frames for Time Lapse with 7D

Is there any way of taking more than the 99 frames the TC 80N3 remote gives for TL photography?

I want to do an 8 - 12 hour run which equates to a few 1000 frames.

Is there some way I can override this remote timer?

Any other intervalometer available that will allow 1000's of frames to be taken?
