Jessops Colour Management Issue

I have been preparing a photobook using the downloadable Jessops editing application (a rebranded CeWe App I believe) and have struck a colour issue. My system (Mac) is fully colour managed and calibrated.

The Jessops App recommends that the image is converted to sRGB before import, which I am doing (from Lightroom). The outputted sRGB looks exactly as I would suspect it to look in any colour managed software on my computer (Lightroom/Photoshop/Finder etc) but once in their application it appears super saturated.

I have phoned Jessops' technical support and been told that the printed output will look like it does in their software. However, I find this hard to believe. I suspect their application is not properly colour managed on a Mac.

However, I am not really wanting to test this hypothesis on a £50 book.

Does anybody have any relevant experience with this applicaton?
