Always putting Canada's interests first
Not even thinking about what Kyoto means to the global situation as a whole.

They are too lax and un-commited to meet Kyoto standards...so then just reneg on the whole deal...simply to avoid fines and actually having to DO something about it.

What a blood copout.........

Canada used to be a world leader in environmental conservation and global outlook...now it's becoming a lethargic passenger on the world stage.
