Venice and the A77

Some more pics of my recent visit to Venice.

I can't praise the A77 16-105 combo highly enough. My 16 Gig SD card was enough for all 4 days including the occasional video. A battery lasted all day and night.
Handheld Twilight is amazing.

Nearly all of the photos along the Grand Canal were taken from a moving boat using HHT.
Also the photos in buildings and of shop windows at night and La Fenice.

Venice is a photographer's delight. The most challenging aspect is knowing when NOT to take a photo. Everything is there; colors, textures, people of all races and places, history, mystery.

Oh! and the food!

I can't wait to return!
