Architectural Photography Requirements

Hello,
Am new to dpreview and to the world of photography. I am an architect, interested in architectural indoor and outdoor photography, which is my priority.
In addition to the above, I am also interested in wildlife, plants and people photography but these are secondary.
I am looking to invest in a camera and need help with requirements (lenses required, tripod, filters, flash etc).
I've been doing a lot of reading, and would like to settle for the Canon EOS Rebel T3i camera as my base (but am still open to suggestions). Can anyone help me with the rest?
My initial budget, to start of with, is $1500, but I would invest in additional lenses in the future.
