S100 "out of stock" or "pulled"

This morning both Amazon and B&H were "out of stock" on the S100 (didn't check other outlets). Does anyone know if this is legitimate out-of-stock from vigorous sales...or if Canon has suspended shipments perhaps because of the reported lens decentering issue?
As someone planning to buy an S100 at some point, I'm hoping Canon pulled it to correct the problem some of them seem to have.
