There are a number of ways to achieve a 1:1 macro ratio. I suggest you look at this page which has an extension tube calculator http://www.cambridgeincolour.com/tutorials/macro-extension-tubes-closeup.htm Note that you can find Nikon PN-11 extension tubes much cheaper on ebay than the $250 you list. Note too that you will not get a 1:1 ratio with a PN-11 and a 200mm focal length lens (only something like 0.41x magnificaiton). Another option is to consider a lens such as the Tamron 90mm Di macro. It is an excellent performer, and can be found in the used market for less than $300.
