just curious--did you try using your other eye, to see if there is still an issue with blurriness? it's not hard to create a problem by incorrect positioning of one's eye, or with some vision defects.

Again, I had the D5000 side by side with the D5100 for over two weeks and only the D5100 exhibited this blurriness on the RH side.
Does anyone else have both cameras?
