triggers for Canon Equipment

Ive been searching the web for reliable Triggers for my Canon camera and flash.
There seems to be a lot of people dissapointed with the performance of the equipment from various manufactures.
Im looking for something that will allow me to use TTL, ETTL and or HSS reliably outdoors.
Does such a thing exist.......?
All suggestions welcome.
