Panasonic Lenses on Olympus bodies

I was thinking about picking up a Micro 4/3rds body to get a nice travel system together for the times I don't want to bring the SLR system with me. I was attracted to Micro 4/3rds because of the depth and potential breadth of the system. Now I read that there are issues with Panasonic lenses not playing exactly nicely with Olympus bodies, and I am a little disappointed. The Olympus bodies are attractive because of the in built IS, but Panasonic has some lenses I am more interested in, like the 14 2.5 or 20 1.7, as well as some of the longer telephoto stuff. It's disappointing that a consortium that has the technical specs for their mount shared between them is unable to ensure perfect compatibility while companies like Sigma seem to be able to reverse engineer mounts with better results.

Are there other incompatibilities I should know about?
