Canon Pixma PRO9000 Mark II: safe buy
Dec 6, 2011
|
Hello,
I see this printer for quite good deals around the net now that Canon has announced a new model. It can be had for about $250 or so (after taxes).
Since it is a relatively old model, I imagine it is going to be discontinued very soon and I am worried Canon may stop update the drivers and softwares for the printer. I wonder what is Canon's history in this regard. Do they continue supporting their discontinued products?
How does it compare to Epson R2400? How is the Epson support?
Thanks.
