X10 and other high-end compacts

Hello, I am looking for a camera to easily carry around but of high quality. I have read a lot comparing with DSRL etc, but ended up being confused. My question is simple: is the X10 better than Canon G12 or Nikon P7100? All three have viewfinder, that for me is essential in some situatons. Criteria is IQ, both at low and high ISO, speed of reaction, robustness. Thank-you in advance.
