nx200 for video enthusiast?

Can anyone comment on the video quality of the nx200? And it does have full manual control that you can change while taking video right? That's what I heard anyway. How does it stack up to Panasonic/Sony's AVCHD cameras? I'm a growing video enthusiast. Actually, I'm reallly a beginner who's trying to become a video enthusiast, although I do have a fair amount of experience with photography. Is it able to achieve the cinematic effect of some other cams like in this video? :
