Travel Tripod with should strap

I am looking for a new tripod for my trip to Costa Rica.
I found this Vivtar tripod because my company sells with brand but wanted to see if another better brand has something similar.

its a compact tripod, extends to a max of about 16 inches but also has a shoulder strap to help stabilize against your body.
anyone know of others that are similar but maybe a little better extension?
