Reluctantly Returning my X10

After some thought, I've decided to return my X10 to amazon.com. The reason? You guessed it. "White Dot Syndrome". My style of shooting involves a good number of long exposure night shots with distant, specular light sources and it is essentially impossible to avoid the dots in these circumstances. This camera attracted me by virtue of its fast lens and 30 sec exposure time which (I thought) should be excellent for this purpose. Besides that issue, my X10 is fabulous with no other QC issues. For some, WDS may not be an issue for their shooting style. For me, it is.

Now my real question. My X10 arrived on Nov. 17th so I should be able to return it for a FULL refund until Dec. 17, correct? I have all original packaging and the camera doesn't have as much as a smudge on its finish. I've never returned anything to amazon.com.

In the mean time I'll use my 30D. I will be first in line to repurchase the incredible X10 once and if Fujifilm corrects this issue.
