canon TS-E 17mm f/4L or canon TS-E 24mm f/3.5L II

I have the 24mm version 1 for miniature effect but doesn't really like it because of CA.

I had tested out the 17mm but not the new 24 II. I'm wondering if I should just go with the 17mm but http://www.the-digital-picture.com said "While it is a great lens, I do not regard the Canon TS-E 17mm f/4 L Tilt-Shift Lens image quality quite as highly as that of the Canon TS-E 24mm f/3.5 L II Tilt-Shift Lens."

any thoughts.
