I've owned both. E-PL2 is way better in terms of usability. It is more responsive, much easier to select focus point, has dedicated "magnify" button, built-in bounceable flash, much better grip, 2x higher resolution screen.
E-PM1, E-PL2; 14mm f2.5, 20mm f1.7, 45mm f1.8
