How much should I get for my 40D?

Hi guys,

Super tempted to get the 7D since it's on sale at L&S. But I will have to sell one of my two 40Ds. How much should I get for it if I include:

1. 40D body - this one has NEVER been dropped or bumped.
2. Battery grip
3. Two Canon batteries in good condition (again, never been dropped)
4. 4GB Sandisk Ultra II x 1 + 1GB Ultra II x 1 CF
5. Old 300D with battery grip + remote shutter release
6. Camera bag

And is now a good time to get the 7D? I can't afford the 5D MKII or even the 7D MKII when it comes out, but I'm wondering if the 7D will drop even more in price (by at least $100)?
