How did I do?

I purchased some flash triggers and umbrellas. This is my first attempt with them. How did I do? Keep in mind I'm trying to learn, and I can take constructive criticism. Therefore, I'm open to suggestions. PS, I was the only person home so i had to use me as the subject.
