D300s long delay between shot and LCD display.

Hello All,

I noted the last time it is a dalay between the shot and the LCD display.
What can i check? What is wrong?
Sometimes I'm doing Reset to zeroing the changeable functions.

Memories: CF Kingston 32GB 133X Elite Pro and
Sandisk SD 32GB SDHC (C4), both inserted, overflow selected.
