Cameras and lenses I chose after much research

I place a lot of importance to skin tones. I require people to look natural and healthy, without PP.

Olympus E-PL3 with 20mm Panasonic lens - great skin tones, pocketable

Olympus E-P3 with Olympus 45mm lens - great skin tones, touch screen. Also with Pana 25mm 1.4 for fast focus.

Leica X1 - great skin tones, respected by M9 users to have Leica "3D pop effect and Leica lens quality", dead on focus, great ISO 3200, 10 ounce pocketable.

Fuji X10 - lot of fun, great skin tones, great ISO. Chose over Nikon 7100 (poor focus), Pana LX5, Oly XZ-1, Canon G12.

Canon S100 or S95 - still deciding, the small pocket camera, though S100 focuses in movie and zooms.

Nikon D5100 - small portable DSLR, tilt screen, favorite lenses Sigma 50-150 f2.8 (half the weight of Nikon 70-200), 50mm 1.4, 1.8, 35mm 1.8, 70-300VR, 300mm F4.0. Also 18-135VR is very sharp.

Panasonic FZ35 and ZS7 super zoom X 18 and X 12 cameras with great reviews in good light. Also slimmer Nikon S8100 X 10 zoom does well in low light.

Lenses I like for m4/3 -- Panasonic 14mm 2.5, 20mm 1.7, 25mm 1.4, Oly 45mm 1.8 are great. Also Olympus 45-150mm are all lenses I like.

Did not like as much:

Fuji X100 - sticky blades, heavy at 15 ounces, fickle focus does not focus as dependably as Leica, has distortion - Steve Huff admires Leica X1 IQ quality, admires lack of X1 distortion, admires Leica pop, chose X100 for EVF I guess

Panasonic G3, GF3, GF2 - not great skin tones, too red. Hoping GX1 has good skin tones. Never tried GH2, too large

Panasonic 12mm cause the 14mm 2.5 is almost as good for 1/3 price

Sony NEX 5N or 7 - horrible skin tones, too orange or yellow. People look horrible. Horrible. Not one pretty skin tone online. Maybe the 7 but the 5N is horrible. They need 1 good pancake.

Samsung NX200 with 30mm pancake - 50 meg RAWS, pale skin tones, pale pictures. If they trim Raws, give jpegs more saturation and warmer skin tones they'd have it as they have 3 pancakes shipping

Olympus XZ-1 - above ISO 200 jpegs have too much NR, not adjustable, though Raws can look good

Nikon lenses that I did not like 16-85mm not as sharp as 18-135. Nikon 18-200 not sharp.
