Buy the PEN E-P3 or wait for the Panny GX1 ???

I am at a cross roads. i thought i was settled on the GX1 but fear of delayed releases make me wonder if i should be considering the E-P3.

at a glance i like the bracketing settings on the P3 and the sensor-shift stabilization. and i saw that it was a 14-42mm that retracts as well and that would be good for my traveling.

Can anyone on here draw some distinctions between these two?
My priorities these days are portability, image quality, and low light ability.
