M 4/3 vs everything

As a DSLR owner looking for a travel camera. Is the picture quality, autofocus significantly better comparing sensor sizes in a M 4/3 (E PL-3, GX-1), Canon G-12/Nikon P7100, or DMC LX-5 / XZ-1.
