I also shoot with a 5d2 plus a t2i and e-p1. I chose to get the e-pm1 due to the faster autofocus as compared to the e-p1. I have been very pleased and was already familiar with the SCP from the e-p1, which makes changing settings very easy. I haven't yet reassigned any buttons for ISO, but will probably do so this weekend. I am very pleased with the e-pm1. I didn't buy it as a replacement for my Canon bodies but rather as a go-anywhere camera that I can toss in my purse or computer bag. I don't take the 5d2 or t2i with me if I would have to leave them in the car for hours exposed to extreme heat or cold. The e-pm1 can travel anywhere without that being a concern, and take quality photos along the way. I purchased mine from Best Buy bundled with the 14-42mm, 40-150mm, camera bag and 8gb class 10 sd card. The e-p1 is currently for sale on ebay.
