X10 vs XZ-1 Olympus -- 30% heavier, larger, expensive, same IQ

Seems to me that the X10 makes the Olumpus XZ-1 look better and better.

My pictures show that the XZ-1 does roughly the same in low light, pictures look even sharper on the XZ-1, and portraits look more natural.

and the X10 weighs 13 ounces, vs 10, it is 30% larger, and 30% more expensive.

Both have excellent f1.8 and f2.0 lenses.

And the viewfinder in the X10 does not show you the focus point or the menu options. The XZ-1 with the VF-2 1.5 megapixel EVF there you can see where the camera is focusing and operate the menu options from there.

I don't get it yet.

The issue of lack of noise reduction adjustment on the XZ-1 jpegs well it has RAW. But I see great jpegs from the XZ-1.

And with that 1.8 lens it tends to stay at below ISO 400 easily.
