Re: Landscapes: APS-C vs FF Comparisons?

7d is nice body...but

this should be a body/glass discussion - not a body alone thing

I know for portrait shooting crop is ok for deep -- but FF is the thing for shallow and fast glass without flash in low light

Unless you are working very carefully and making extremely large prints... it probably doesn't matter much if at all.

If you push the boundaries of print size, then FF will have advantages, all else being equal.

Has anyone done side-by-side comparisons of FF vs APS-C formats for landscapes shooting at the same subject/camera distance and same FOV? My own initial analysis with whatever data is available indicates the advantage goes to FF but I haven't done the actual tests. I am thinking comparing the 5DII with the 7D which have similar MPs.
