X100 settings lost after upgrade (Grrrr!)

After upgrading to the new FW-version all my settings were lost -again!
(Grrrr.. Darn amateurs at Fudgi SW department. Come on guys, it is soon 2012).
So the laborious process of setting up the "ultimate" configuration starts again..
Anyone care to share their settings?
Please also motivate why you have made the choices you have, trade offs etc
