Need help trying Hahnemuhle paper

I'm new to the printing side of things and I wanted to try some nice paper. I bought the Hahnemuhle inkjet sample pack for my Epson Stylus Photo 1400. I downloaded and installed the proper ICC profiles on my WinXP system and am using Qimage to print.

Hahnemuhle has some PDF documentation that tells me to set my Media (I assume paper type?) to "Archival Matte" but the only options I have in my printer settings are things like Photo Paper, Ultra Premium Photo Paper, Preium Photo Paper Semi-Gloss, etc. What am I missing here? I printed a couple of prints with the correct ICC profile but left it on Ultra Premium Photo Paper Glossy and it seems to look nice but I wouldn't know if it could look better.

I also don't understand how to set the "Intent" option. My choices are Perceptual, Relative Colorimetric, and Absolute Colorimetric.

Thanks in advance for any help on what are probably newbie questions.
