What do you consider the effective ISO limit of your camera?

What do you consider the highest useable iso for general still photography?

I have a GH2 and semi-frequently go to 3200, but don't like to go above that so I'd consider it the effective limit. I occasionally go to 6400 when sitting around at a fire at night, but don't ever have high hopes for those pictures being particularly useable.

What are other people's cameras/experiences/noise tolerances?
